She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Horta and Elizabeth Unaitis Horta; her son Anthony "Tony" Ware; and her brother Raymond Horta. She is survived by: her spouse Lesly Franklin Ware, Jr.; her children, LuAnn Patrick (Michael), Michelle MacDonald, Ronny Wade Wells, Christine Lewis (William), Michael Ware and Christopher Ware (Dana); her aunt Edith Johnson; her siblings, Cheryl Horta and Mark Horta (Linda); her grandchildren, Cody Patrick, Kimberly Aranda, Chance Ware, Billy MacDonald, John MacDonald, Jeffery MacDonald, Leslee Johnson, Brandon Ware, Joshua Thomas Ware, Jace, Jett Ware and Shelby Ware; and her great grandchildren, Nathanial, Daniella, Alexander, Angel, Emma, Amme, Bryson, Ellie, Everlee, Kaili, Trevor, Colton, Karter and Eli.
