She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Bass and Gladys Bass; and her sisters, Lucille, Nina and Marion.
She is survived by: her husband Pete Terefenko; her son Buck Raines; her daughter-in-law Diana Raines; her daughters, Jeri Jo Raines and Tonya Terefenko; and her grandchildren, Jordan Raines, Jett Raines and Blake Crouch.
Due to current COVID restrictions, the family will have a Celebration of Life in JoAnn's honor later this year.
