He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Dyer. He is survived by: his children, Jessica, Joshua and Madison; his grandson Ashton; his mother Myrtle Dyer; his sister Cindy Everson (Bob); and his nephew Trey.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Crossfit Foundation.
