He was predeceased by: his parents, John Meleky, Jr. and Mary Jane Meleky (Cook). He is survived by: his sister Catherine Elizabeth Meleky of Frisco; his wife Lee Ann Meleky (Locker); his son Wes Lewis (Christy); and his grandchildren, Timothy, Lainey and Jacob of Corinth, Texas..
