He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Fabrizio and Clara Fabrizio; his wife Eleanor Fabrizio; and his sons, Mark John Fabrizio and Daniel Anthony Fabrizio.

He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Mabe (Wink) and Mary Jo Matteson (Rick); his stepchildren, Sherry Himert (Tom) and Steven Luckman; and also Church. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 20 Great Grandchildren.
