He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Waterman and Eunice Waterman; and his wife Alma Waterman. He is survived by: his caregiver Alma; his children, Rhea Phelan (Rob) and Warren Waterman (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Bobby Phelan (Mandie), Billy Phelan (Anna), Owen Waterman, Kyra Waterman and Hope Waterman; and his great grandchildren, Natalia Phelan and Robbie Phelan.
