She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sulejman (Redžifa Hegić) and Bosnia (Herzegovina); her siblings, Fatima and Rasim; her grandson Jackson; her nieces, Azra and Mirnesa; her daughter Helena; her son-in-law Layne; her grandsons, David and Elliott; and her siblings, Šefika, Ajka, Zejna, Senija, Mejra and Hajrudin.
