She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrill Box and Jeanne. She is survived by: her husband Robert Adler; her brother Jeff; her sister-in-law Glynis Box; her sister Wendy; her brother-in-law Hugh Durden; and her pets, Thelma and Louise. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Cindi's honor to the Gateway Church of Dallas, or the charity of your choice.
