We are sad to announce that on August 9, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Bernard Myrick Spooner of Coppell, Texas, born in Pine Hill, Alabama. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Spooner and Lomie Spooner; his brother Bill Spooner; and his daughter Myra Joan Bush. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Spooner; his sisters, Betty Gambino and Jean Bowling; his daughter Jane Spooner Vanderhoef; his son-in-law David Bush; and his grandchildren, Ashley Carlisle (Will Bickford), Allie Carlisle, Aaron Bush (Hyunju Bush) and Alec Bush.

Memorial donations may be made to The Bernie and Pat Spooner Christian Education Scholarship Fund at Dallas Baptist University.
