He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gordon Huie and Ida Huie (Gunter); his wife Jackie; his children, Richie Huie (Terra) of Cooper, Kayla Heavener (Brian) of Magnolia, Jennifer Bradshaw (Jim) of Springtown, Angie Hickey of LaPorte, John Brent Harber (Kati) of Lockhart and Jeff Huie of Baytown; and his sisters, Sharon Rainey of Cumby, Jana Hammons of Commerce and Deborah McFadden of Rowlett. He was also cherished by fourteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
