He is survived by: his parents, Lewis Wendell and Martha Elizabeth Milthaler Bailey; his wife Linda Bailey of Cooper, TX.; his children, Kenneth Bailey of Schulenburg, TX., Joanna "Jana" Reffitt (Barry Nichols) of Cloverdale and Kerri Reffitt (Michelle Pippin) of Rowlett, TX.; his siblings, Lewis Bailey (Jan) of McCordsville, Ronald Bailey (Connie) of McCordsville, Sonja Wolfe of Anderson and Shirley Durnal of Albany; his grandchildren, Mark Royal, Geddy Royal, Ashley Bush and Dustin Cheatham; his brothers, Larry Bailey and Huey Bailey; and also Shirley Brown Welch.
