She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd McAlister and Thelma McAlister (Wright); her husband Bill; her stepmother Edna Earle Whittenburg; and her stepbrother Mack McAlister.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Knight (Gordon), James Parks (RuthAnn) and Tami Green (Jack); and her grandchildren, Heather Gray, Keenan Knight (Meighan), Jamie Parks, Jenny Heinen (Cray) and Megan Shipp (Matt).
