He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Robert Rouse, Sr. and Dollie Faye Rouse (Yarborough); his wife Sherria "Shay" Choate; and his sister Wanda Thornbrough. He is survived by: his children, Jeff R. Rouse of Garland, Texas and Beverly Rouse of Las Vegas, Nevada; his grandson Jake Rouse of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and his sister Jean Christian of Lindale. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
