He was predeceased by: his parents, Foy E. Moss and Mary Lela Moss (Foster). He is survived by: his wife Diane Howell; his children, Jennifer Herring (Will), Kaden, Landry and Mackenzie Parks (Greg); his grandchildren, Courtney and Carly; his sister Lela Ellen Moss Smith (Fred) of St. Charles, Illinois; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaitlin, Maggie and Brody; and also Derran (Anne).
