She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Henry and Lois Francis Daugherty (Mills); her spouse Fulton Winton Teel Jr.; her son Jeffery Ray Oats; and her son-in-law Billy Malone.

She is survived by: her sisters, Sandra (Neil), Deborah, Linda (Phil) and Billie (Mike); her children, Laura Slough (Steve), Betty Malone, Donna Nicholson (Chip), Carolyn Reiber (Gary), Rita Nerren (Danny) and Mark Johnson; her close friend Lee Johnson; her nephew Chad Daugherty; her sons-in-law, Steve Slough, Chip Nicholson, Gary Reiber and Danny Nerren; her great grandchildren, Midrean Gadlin, Trey Jones and Kaden Malone; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Slough, Shana Rusk, Brian Oats, Hailey Landrum, Brandy Malone Webb, Megan Reiber Donaldson, Gray Fulton Reiber, Austin Nerren and Kaitlyn Nerren. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, her sisters, and a host of neices, nephews and other family members.
