It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sammy David Wages Sr. in Converse, Texas, born in Fort Benning, Georgia, who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Houston and Lois Marie Wages; his brother Wayne Wages; and his aunt Sally Davis. He is survived by: his wife Linda Wages; his children, Michael Wages, Sammy Wages, Jr. and Dolores Wages; his grandchildren, Ashley, Kialey, Jordan, Skyler, Madison and Zachary; his siblings, Charlotte Wages, Samuel Houston Wages (Donna) and Dianne Wages Puckett; his nieces, Wendy, Sarah and April; and his nephew Josh.
