She was predeceased by: her husband James E. Baker; her mother Melissa Evelyn Muesing; her sister Lois Muesing; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Shafer, Jerry Shafer, Mary Margaret Miebach and Gene Miebach.
She is survived by: her children, James Baker and Sharon Mercer (Kenneth Mercer); her grandchildren, Sandra Mercer, Philip Mercer (Ashley Mercer) and Ryan Mercer (Ashley Mercer); and her great grandchildren, Chandler Ayala, Austin Ayala, Madison Mercer, Kash Mercer, Knox Mercer and Kollins Mercer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Hope Hospice of New Braunfels, 611 N Walnut Ave, New Braunfels, Texas 78130.
