She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Kern and Effie Kern; and her siblings, Marion Gladkowski, Carl Kern, Jr. and Victor Kern.
She is survived by: her husband Dr. Jerry Kenneth Riley; her children, Melodee Powers (Bill), Cindee Dupaquier (Dale), Victor Riley, Vincent Riley (Penny) and Jerry "Kenny" Riley II (Gloria); and her sister Luella Slocum. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
