She is survived by: her husband Willie James Calvin Jr.; her children, Ronald Calvin, Richard Calvin (Tamra) and Barbara Calvin; her sister Cora Whitehead (John); and her cousin Hattie Thompson. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
