He is survived by: his spouse Virginia G. Soto; his sons, John P. Soto and Mark A. Soto (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Christopher Michael Soto-Bautista and Olivia Marie Lopez; and his siblings, Robert Soto (Mary Ann), Tencha Trevino (Manuel) and Armando Soto (Lupita).
