He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Estrada and Aurora Estrada. He is survived by: his wife Nicole Estrada; his children, Dyandra Estrada, Dayzsa Estrada, Dalyssa Estrada and Carlos Estrada Jr.; and his siblings, Monica Montoya (Camilo), Jimmy James Estrada, Sonia Estrada, Javier Estrada (Naticia), Jason Estrada, Marcus Estrada (Araceli) and Octavian Estrada (Adriana). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
