He is survived by: his wife Clementina; his children, Benito Julio Jr., Federico (Jackie) and Silvia (Rick); his grandchildren, Donovan, Drew, Nathan, Hadley, Brayden and Harper; and his siblings, Noelia Garcia (Albert), Belisario Alfonso (Rosie), Jose Rolando (Mary Rose), Carlos (Leticia), Victor Manuel (Mary Helen), Luis Enrique and Mario (Ranae).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Angelus Funeral Home Chapel (1119 N St Mary's St, San Antonio, TX 78215). A rosary was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Saint John Neumann Catholic Church (6680 Crestway Dr, San Antonio, TX 78239). The military honors was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at the Military Honors Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery (1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209).
