It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Joe Lackey (Conroe, Texas), born in McAllen, Texas, who passed away on September 6, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his brother Bobby L. Lackey; his sons, David Thomas Lackey and Charles Boyd Lackey; and his daughter-in-law Julie Lackey. He is also survived by husband, father, grandfather.
