He was predeceased by: his parents, Tip Hors and Dottie Hors. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Horsley; and his daughter Deborah Laine Chelette (Scott).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the North Shore Church (18501 FM 1097, Montgomery, TX 77356).
