We bid farewell to Michael Ray Sanford (The Woodlands, Texas), born in Hastings, Nebraska, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 22, 2025 at the age of 72. Michael Ray touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Raymond Sanford; his mother-in-law Clarice Christensen; his wife Joy Christensen; his children, Logan Sanford and Drace Sanford (Sarah); his grandsons, Vaughn Sanford and Dane Sanford; his siblings, Joni Katzberg (Steve) and Greg Sanford (Jody); his mother Doris Sanford; his father-in-law Vaughn Christensen; and his siblings-in-law, Scott Christensen (Linda) and Jill Sibole (Phil).

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Forest Park the Woodlands Funeral Home & Cemetery (18000 I-45, The Woodlands, TX 77384). A reception will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
