As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Linda may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Baker and Frances Baker. She is survived by: her husband Charles Umfrid of Conroe; her children, Bridget Sanders (Rodney) of Conroe and Steven Umfrid of The Woodlands; her grandchildren, Hailey Villarreal (Alex) of Conroe, Cory Sanders of Conroe, Matthew Umfrid of Conroe and Brandon Umfrid of Conroe; her great grandchild Greyson Villarreal of Conroe; and her sister Nelda Sanders of Palestine.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Riley Funeral Home (913 US-190, Woodville, TX 75979). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
