Karen Leigh Hethershaw Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karen Leigh Hethershaw (Conroe, Texas), born in Grinnell, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 6, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Karen Leigh farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Karen Leigh is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Lockhart (Jack) and Lucille D. Lockhart (Gwin). She is survived by: her husband Ronald John Hethershaw; her children, John Joseph Hethershaw and Susan Jo Hethershaw Epperson (Gary); and her brother Ray W. Lockhart (Carol). She is also survived by numerous nephews, grand nephews and nieces.
