He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Tessmar and Rachael Walker; his grandchildren, Ashlynn, Evah, Dylan, Stella and Luke; his siblings, Veronica Avirett, Monica Snyder, Patricia Hart, Gerald Walker Jr., Doran Walker and John Crosley; and his stepmother Linda Walker.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at the Ark Church (450 Humble Tank Rd, Conroe, TX 77304). Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Alpine Funeral Home (2300 N Sylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76111). He tested positive for Covid on the 12th and influenza on the 15th.
Johnnie loved animals and the family ask that in lieu of flowers, that donations be given to your local animal shelters.
