He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Smith and Rose Smith; and his siblings, Emily, Katy and Raymond.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Smith; his sons, Brent, Troy and Jared Smith; his children-in-law, Shelbi, Sheree and Shawndra; his grandchildren, Brittany Monteilh, Tristan Smith, Caiden Smith, Ashton Smith and Logan Smith; his great grandchild Oliver Smith; and his brother David Smith. He is also survived by Great-Grandchildren.
