He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie O. Waits, Sr. and Jesse. He is survived by: his wife Janice; and his siblings, Shelby, Esta Wandell, Melva Zae (Mardi), Dolly Darlene and Lonnie (Roland). He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews and many cousins.
