She is survived by: her daughter Marcy Jeanette York-Oznick (Kyle); her grandchildren, Dawson Staley York, Payton Elizabeth York, Samuel Andrew York and Jackson Spencer Klimas; and her sisters, Janice Dawson Syphrett (Bobby) and Jean Dawson Higgins (Earl). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Woodlands Methodist Church (2200 Lake Woodlands Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77380).
