He is survived by: his children, Mike Keathley (Rosanne), Gary Keathley (Pam), Jimmy Keathley, Barrett Keathley and Darlene Hogan (John); his grandchildren, Matthew Keathley (Syvette), Mitchell Keathley (Amanda), Phillip Keathley (Anna), Jennifer Keathley Lunceford (Colton), Lindsay Keathley, Lillian Hogan, Bryce Hogan, Nicholas Keathley and William Keathley; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Lane Keathley, Blake and Raegan Kominczak.
