He was predeceased by: his parents, George Albert Picard and Claire M Gervais (Picard); and his siblings, Albert F Picard and Kathleen Fontaine. He is survived by: his wife Irene Picard; his sons, Donald A Picard Jr. and Michael D Picard; his sisters, Claire LeBlanc and Geraldine (Norman Lambert); and his grandchildren, Amanda Denton and Andrew Picard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
