He was predeceased by: his parents, Liddie Bell Frederick (Wiginton) and Clarence Frederick; and his wife Loraine Frederick. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Dowell (Harvey), Melvin Frederick (Carol), Dwight Frederick and David Frederick; his stepdaughters, Sharon Landua and Pam Dowell; his grandchildren, Corey Dowell, Brandon Dowell, Jeff Frederick, Jason Frederick and Stephen Frederick; and his stepgrandchildren, Kelly Grimm, Angela Landua, Brian Dowell and Josh Dowell. He is also survived by 25 great grandchildren; and numerous great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home - Rockdale (1041 US-79, Rockdale, TX 76567). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
