He is survived by: his brother Jim; his son Charles Norman Hefner III (Chip); his wife Ruby Hefner; his pets, Coco and Chloe; his children, Chip Hefner (Julie) of Nederland, Kelly Roebuck (Mike) of Nederland and Brian Hefner (Kristen) of Montgomery; his grandchildren, Hallie Zimmerman (Weston), Hayden, Chase Hefner, Natalie Benz, Michael Roebuck (Hannah), Christopher Roebuck (Mallory), Ryan Roebuck, Ellie, Lindsey and Brock Hefner; his great grandchildren, Sawyer, Owen, Remy, Sully Benz, Riley, Blake, Tripp Roebuck, Charlie, Millie, Phillip and Baby Roebuck; his caregivers, Gabby, Marlen and Lorena; and also Charles.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Panorama Village Country Club (73 Greenbriar Dr, Panorama Village, TX 77304).
