We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2025, at the age of 96, Ann Jacobson of Conroe, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Ann is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Ann's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery.
