He is survived by: his parents, Jack Maddox and Deborah Maddox; his wife Brandy Maddox; his sons, Gage, Riley and Collin Maddox; his brothers, Coby Lee Maddox (Dakota Bagwell-Maddox) and Nicholas Tate Maddox (Marissa Maddox); and his nephews, Max and Jaxon Maddox.

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cashner Funeral Home (801 Teas Rd, Conroe, TX 77303). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Restoration Church (107 Fish Creek Thoroughfare, Montgomery, TX 77316).
