She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Johnston and Lila Mae Martin Johnston; her brother Robert Johnston; and her brother-in-law Tim Coats. She is survived by: her husband Lannie Coats of Concord; her children, Lanna Tapp (David) of Mabank and Steven Coats of Concord; her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Coats, Nada Coats, Mary Daugherty and Bill Coats; and her grandchildren, Krista Tapp (Ashley Tapp) and Numerous. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
