He is survived by: his wife Concepcion Montalvo of Del Rio; and his children, Juan Antonio Montalvo (Dolores Montalvo) of Del Rio, Rolando Montalvo (Sylvia Montalvo) of San Antonio, Armandina Espinoza (Ricardo Espinoza) of Del Rio, Clementina Luna (Gabriel Luna) of Austin, Carmen Vazquez (Marco Antonio Vazquez) of Del Rio and Connie Arrañaga (Hector Arrañaga). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
