Julian left this world on February 26, 2025 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Lozano and Ernestina C. Lozano; his granddaughter JoAnna Marie Chapa; and his siblings, Suse Garcia, Minerva Lozano, Eva Cantu, Mary Lou Schwartz, Rosalba Gomez, Adan Benavides, Abelino Benavides, Guadalupe Lozano, Salvador Lozano, Eduardo Lozano and Roberto Lozano.
He is survived by: his wife Oralia Lozano of Concepcion, Texas; his children, Julian Lozano III (Ericka), Anna, Annabel, Mary Tobar (Javier) and Victoria Lozano (Robert Recio); his sister Herminia Garcia; his brother-in-law Sijifredo Gutierrez; his grandchildren, Hannah Adame, Alexandria Adame, Javier Tobar, Benjamin Tobar, Gabriel Lozano (Robina), Emily Lozano and Julian David Lozano; and his great grandchildren, Atticus Lozano and Ellistina Lozano. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Garza Funeral Home (4571 S Farm to Market 1329, San Diego, TX 78384). A rosary will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Santa Rosa de Lima Catholic Church (203 Santa Rosa De Lima St, Benavides, TX 78341). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at the San Manuel Cemetery.
