She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Allen Phillips and Lillie Estelle Bridges. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Dunagan (Natasha) and Justin Uselton; her grandchildren, Jillian Dunagan, Caleb Dunagan and Ethan Dunagan; her brother Eddie Phillips (Jennifer); her nieces and nephews, Christine Tripp, Ross Phillips and Jan Brown; and her cousin Jesse Edwards.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Sulphur Springs Animal Shelter in honor of Debra James.
