She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Davis and Ruth Davis (Steele); her husband P. J.; and her siblings, Aubrey Davis, Toby Davis, Herbert Davis, Wanda Davis Moore and Billie Ruth Davis Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Greg Ponder and Christa Abraham (J. J.); and her grandchildren, Paxton Ponder, Sofia Abraham and Eli Abraham.
