He was predeceased by: his brothers, James Earl Luckey and Michael Anthony Luckey; and his nephew Jerry Don. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Luckey and Robert Luckey; his grandson Chris Luckey Jr.; and his siblings, Barbara Brown, Leonard Ray Luckey, Larry Charles Luckey (Sheila), Victor Luckey (Diane) and Sherman Luckey (Katherine). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church (202 Champion Ln, Commerce, TX 75428). A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at the Rosemound Cemetery (598 Rosemound St, Commerce, TX 75428).
