He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Maud Underhill and Willie Vern Underhill. He is survived by: his daughter Erin Underhill Eads (Richard Eads); his wife Ann Waldby Key Underhill; his stepdaughter Andi; his stepgrandchild Kira; his stepson James (Kristen); and his stepgrandsons, Michael, Joel and Calvin.
