He was predeceased by: his parents, Bhimsen Rao Nippani and Godavari Nippani; his wife Krishnaveni; and his son Prasad. He is survived by: his son Srinivas Nippani; his daughter-in-law Lakshmi Padma Nippani; his son Raghavender Nippani; his sister Lakshmi Veena; and his grandchildren, Vineet Nippani, Shreya Nippani, Rishi Nippani and Siddharth Nippani. He is also survived by brother-in-law, several sisters-in-law, nephews, and nieces.
