He was predeceased by: his parents, Lesley Lee White and Velma Owen Julian; his sister Margaret Pope; and his grandson Jamie White. He is survived by: his children, Julie Faulknor (Tim) and Jeff White (Shirley); his grandchildren, Tommy Faulknor, Victoria, Jessica Guzman (Scott) and Trent White (Selene); his great grandchildren, Bella, Addie, Brayden, Trinity, Gabe, Emmy, Abigail, JT and Bayleigh; and his brothers, Ronald White (Paula) and Monty White (Faye). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that gifts be given in Jackie's memory to Cross Trails Cowboy Church, 4761 FM 1563, Wolfe City, Texas 75496.
