He was predeceased by: his father Narciso De Leon, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Leticia De Leon; his children, Cesar De Leon (Lindsey) and Melissa Almanza (Martin Almanza, Jr.); his mother Antonia De Leon Tovar; and his grandchildren, Aidan Bolin, Aaron Bolin, Ezekiel De Leon, Isaiah De Leon, Adrian Almanza, Amelia De Leon and Obadiah De Leon. He is also survived by six brothers and four sisters.
