She is survived by: her parents, Stephen Hazelip and Jan Bond Hazelip; her children, Tripp Braley and Tynslie Braley; her brother Heath Hazelip (Jen); her grandmothers, Margie Hazelip and Lela Bond; and her nieces, Stella Hazelip and Jolene Hazelip.
