She was predeceased by: her husband Mark Sullivan; her parents, Peter Verchinski and Brenda Verchinski; her grandmother Velma LaCuesta; and her parents-in-law, A. C. and Madeline Sullivan.
She is survived by: her children, Jourdan Sullivan of Charlotte, NC, Shelton Sullivan (Demi) of Commerce and Spencer Sullivan (Caitlin) of Richardson, TX; her grandson Hudson of Richardson; her sisters, Lisa McClendon of Grapevine and Stacy Hardy of Gulfport; her sister-in-law Rosemary Sullivan of Humble; her sister Kathleen; her brother-in-law Greg Hooten of Commerce; her nieces and nephews, Dr. Chase McClendon, Brendan McClendon, Luke Hooten, Elizabeth Dixon (Tim), Amanda Devall (Jeffrey) and Lindsey Bobo (Mike); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Isabella Dixon, Kaleigh-Ann Devall, Kamrynn-Ayla Devall, Laney Bobo, Brody Dixon, Breauxly Devall and Jax Bobo.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bread of Life Community Services in Commerce or to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
