He is survived by: his wife Peggy Sands; his children, Charlotte Harrod of Commerce, Frankie Hines of Monahans and David Ketner of Lone Oak; and his siblings, Mike Ketner of Commerce, Darrell Ketner of Commerce, Linda Phillips of Florida and Alicia Currin of Campbell. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
